He is Social worker having lots of interest in education specially in Girl Education. He is main lead person to initial and establish several residential Girl School and College in the Region. He had serve Lok Sabha for two term during 9th Lok Sabha (1989 - 1991 ) to 10th Lok Sabha (1991 - 1992).

Actively participated in Lok Sabha and presented several proposal of public interest.

He is well connected with several government & non-government organization.
